  During the meeting, the committee discussed the latest preparations and measures taken to implement the voting process at the headquarters of the country's embassies and missions abroad, which is scheduled to take place in the period between 20-21 September 2015. The National Elections Committee had announced during the past two days that it had approved the polling centers inside and outside the country, in which they will be held. The list of approved polling centers for voting abroad included 94 centers in the headquarters of embassies and diplomatic missions of the country.

During its meeting, the committee discussed the latest preparations related to preparing for voting abroad, including the completion of all preparations and the readiness of centers to receive voters, the voting mechanism, and the most important steps taken to disseminate all necessary information to voters who are abroad.

During the meeting, the committee reviewed a comprehensive report on the electoral centers, their distribution, and the facilities that were placed in them to facilitate the electoral process and its implementation in an orderly manner. And the conformity of these sites to the approved design of the polling centers that was approved by the Centers Equipping Committee, in addition to the availability of suitable parking lots near the polling centers, and other important aspects of providing the appropriate place.

The committee also reviewed a presentation by the technical committee on the electronic voting system to find out all possible scenarios for the system to work on polling day, in order to ensure that the electoral process will proceed as planned.

The committee also approved a set of decisions, including the decision to form polling center committees abroad and specify their headquarters, the decision to form the polling center committee inside the country, and the decision to form the central sorting committee.

The National Committee thanked the General Secretariat of the Federal National Council for its initiative aimed at providing training workshops over a period of three days for the 2015 Council membership candidates with the aim of providing them with the necessary skills to manage, organize and plan electoral campaigns by highlighting a number of important axes that will serve them in the next period of their progress. The electoral process.
